All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

The shipping cost depends on the destination and is displayed before completing the purchase:

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: standard shipping €9.90. Free shipping on orders from €100. Delivery in 48-72 hours.
  • Canary Islands: express shipping €10.90.
  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal: international express shipping €24.50.

Free shipping only applies to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information so that you can monitor its status in real time.

Delivery Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or weather events.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure you provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reshipping costs will apply.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a parcel is unclaimed and returned, we will contact you to coordinate the reshipping, and additional costs will apply.
