  5. Refund: If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Non-Refundable Products

  • Personalised or custom-made products, except for manufacturing defects.

Shipping Costs

  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
